Some students need extra support. Some are working to get back into their body. Others are excited about training and want to move beyond the limits of the group classes. We all move at different speeds, with different learning needs.
These sessions meet you at each stage of your journey with training attuned to your nervous system and neurocomplexity. The Tender Warrior curriculum draws on thirty-plus years of cross-disciplinary experience and weaves martial arts, philosophy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, facilitation, and trauma resilience practices into a personalized training path.
After each session you’ll feel held, supported, and powerful in your body, with increased confidence, self-trust, and a steadier presence that carries over into your daily life.

After purchasing a package or single session, you’ll receive a scheduling link to choose your times. If you have specific needs or questions about scheduling, just reach out using the form below.

Both options are available. You can purchase a package up front or pay session-by-session. I offer this flexibility to support your schedule, finances, and capacity. If you’re training as a series, I do ask that you commit to a consistent rhythm so the work can build and your progress has momentum.

We start with a discovery call, I’ll ask you questions about your needs and goals and offer reflections based on your response. From there we will decide on a general outline for training, with space to adapt it from session to session. As we go I’ll continue to check-in and make adaptations.

Yes! One to one sessions are a great way to deepen your practice. Current members are eligible for a discount :)
